CNYMUN 2024 Executive Staff 

Co-Secretary General

Kaylee Yang is a senior at Fayetteville-Manlius High School and is thrilled to be one of your Co-Secretary Generals for CNYMUN 2024! This is her fifth year involved with this conference and she has previously participated as a page, delegate, chair, and content director. At school, she is the secretary for FM’s Model UN club, lead attorney for the Mock Trial team, president of Chapter 1835 of the Tri-M Music Honor Society, and a facilitator for Community-Wide Dialogue. Outside of school, you can find her practicing the viola, taking long walks around the neighborhood, or finding a new cozy place to nap. Kaylee is beyond excited to see everyone on Syracuse’s campus and is looking forward to another conference of healthy debate!

Co-Secretary General

Stephen Wu is a senior at Fayetteville-Manlius High School and is very excited to serve as one of your Co-Secretary Generals this year! He has been involved with CNYMUN every year since 2020, as a page, delegate, Crisis Staffer, and as a Crisis Director. Stephen is also the Senior Class President at FM and is passionate about mental health advocacy.  In his freetime, he enjoys going on walks with his Australian Shepherd, playing spikeball with his friends, and just living life. Stephen can’t wait for yet another amazing CNYMUN!

Chef de Cabinet

Trisha Adavikolanu is a senior at Fayetteville-Manlius High School and is beyond excited to be the Chef de Cabinet for CNYMUN 2024. She has participated in MUN for the past five years, starting as a page in 8th grade and over the years has been a delegate, chair as well as being on Exec Staff as the Junior Operations Director for her Junior year of High School. Outside of CNYMUN, Trisha is the treasurer for MUN as well as being the president of the Refugee Outreach Club Association, Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders Heritage Club, and FM's Psychology club. She is also captain of the girls varsity tennis team, with this being her 5th and last year on the team. Outside of school, she loves spending time with her friends and family and traveling. Trisha is beyond ecstatic to see another year of CNYMUN and what this year’s delegates can do for the conference!

Senior General Assembly Content Director

Being his fourth year involved in CNYMUN, Jayanthan Karthikeyan a senior at Fayetteville-Manlius High School, joined the Model UN club in his freshman year; previously being involved as a delegate to many including this conference; as well as Chairing several conferences. Apart from MUN Jay is the president of FM’s History Bowl and a member of Immigrant Alliance Education Services. Outside of school, Jay spends his time biking, playing soccer, and practicing violin, while you can find him in the library trying to learn a new language. Above all, he is most excited to see everyone come to the Syracuse campus for CNYMUN 2024 and see vibrant debate!

Senior Specialized Content Director

Arusha Ramaswamy is a Senior at Fayetteville Manlius High school and is thrilled to be a Senior Content Director this year. She has been part of MUN since her freshman year and has served as a delegate, chair, and a Junior Content Director for CNYMUN last year. Outside of MUN, she is the founder and president of Immigrant Alliance Education Society, the Managing Editor of the school newspaper, The Buzz, and a facilitator for Community Wide Dialogue. In her free time, she enjoys reading comic books, taking naps with her cats, or practicing piano. Arusha is very excited to witness all the fantastic debate and decisions that will come to pass at CNYMIN 2024!

Operations Director

Ethan Richards is a Junior at Fayetteville Manlius and couldn’t be more excited to take on the role as Operations Director. Ethan has participated in CNYMUN since his first year of high school! As a freshman he was a delegate, and just last year as a sophomore participated as a secretariat. Apart from CNYMUN, Ethan serves on his school's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, works as the Event Editor for FM’s Yearbook Club, and takes part in the high school’s Chemistry Club as Treasurer. He also works as a Site Assistant at the Manlius YMCA, with the after school program. When not involved in school, Ethan loves to go thrifting, spend time with friends, and travel! Ethan can’t wait for CNYMUN 2024, and is confident that this year’s delegates will pull out all the stops!

Co-ECOSOC Director

A junior at Fayetteville-Manlius High School, Zach Mangoba is very invested in both Model United Nations and his surrounding community. He has been a member of FM’s MUN Club since his freshman year, and has participated as a delegate countless times, and as a chair three times, once at CNYMUN 2023 as the NATO chair, and at MPHMUN 2022 and 2023 conferences, as the chairs of DISEC and the Dissolution of the USSR crisis. Besides MUN, Zach is the junior class president, an avid member of the FM Varsity Swim Team, the CFO of SciExcite Inc., Vice President of FM’s History Bowl and Secretary of Programming team, and the Secretary of FM’s Programming Club. Outside of school, Zach loves to spend time with his friends, listen to music, watch the NFL, and cook. He is thrilled for CNYMUN 2024 to begin, and to meet all of the brilliant new delegates!

Co-ECOSOC Director

Nicole Zheng is a junior at Fayetteville-Manlius High School. She has been a part of MUN since her freshman year and has had the privilege of participating in CNYMUN as both a delegate and later chair to the ECOFIN committee of the 2023 conference year! Outside of MUN, Nicole serves as Co-CEO of SciExcite Inc., Vice-President of her school’s Programming Club, a Student Representative of her district’s Technology Committee, and is a proud member of FM High School’s Yearbook Staff. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, but also values her alone time and the tranquility that comes from channeling her inner artist or simply just sitting down with a good book. Most importantly though, Nicole is beyond excited to see what the future holds for CNYMUN 2024!

Senior Crisis Director

Angelina is a senior at Fayetteville-Manlius High School, and will serve as Senior Crisis Director for CNYMUN 2024. She began MUN in her freshman year, and has advanced through Crisis positions as delegate, staffer, and director. She has a strong interest in education and modern history, so she aims to make CNYMUN an informative and engaging experience. In her spare time, she enjoys obsessing over Kpop idols, covering music pieces with her piano and violin, and writing poetry. Angelina is ecstatic to be apart of CNYMUN 2024 and see all of the amazing debate!

Junior Crisis Director

Varna Aeleti is a junior at Fayetteville Manlius High School and will serve as the Junior Crisis Director for CNYMUN 2024! She began her MUN career in 8th grade and has attended many conferences since, with a focus on crisis committees. Varna is a captain of the FM Girls Varsity Soccer team and spends most of her free time playing club soccer. She is also a member of Student Council. Outside of school and soccer, Varna loves to travel to different countries and simply spend time outdoors. She is very excited to see CNYMUN 2024 in action!
